Reservation Terms & Conditions
- 全身按摩之項目，本店只為客人提供同性别之師傅，請於預約時提供客人之性別以作安排。Therapists of the same gender as guests will be provided for full body massage. Guests are requested to provide their gender information during the reservation in order to make the necessary arrangements.
- 足部或頭肩頸按摩項目，不設指定 男 / 女 按摩師傅，而服務並會於大足浴區進行。For foot or head, shoulder and neck massages, no specific gender massage therapist will be assigned and will only be taking place in the lobby of foot massage area.
- 本店不設預留房間服務，房間由本店安排。Room arrangement will be made by Tora Massage.
- 若客人末能準時到達，本店會保留扣除療程時間之權利。The right of deduction from treatments time will be reserved by Tora Massage if guests are unable to arrive on time.
- 如需更改預約或取消請於療程開始前48小時通知本店，否則恕不能作任何更改。Changes or cancellation to appointments must be made 48 hours before the treatment starting time or modification will not be available.
- 所有優惠不能同時使用。All promotions cannot be used at the same time
- 所有療程不設退款。All treatments are non-refundable.
- 建議於療程前一小時避免進食。Avoiding eating is recommended before 1 hour of the treatment.
- 如選用香薰精油，客人應於療程前自行核實有關資訊或尋求專業人士意見 (包括但不限於：過敏症患者、皮膚敏感者、呼吸系統敏感者，高及低血壓患者等等）如參加此療程，須自行承擔風險。Before the aromatic organic oil treatment is chosen, guests are required to verify any relevant information or seeking professional advice (This includes but is not limited to guests with allergies, sensitive skin, respirator sensitivity, high or low blood pressure. etc.) Any risks associated with the treatment must be assumed by the guests themselves.
- 抱歉現階段未能接受以下人士之預約：孕婦、皮膚病，心臟病、高血壓、視網膜脫落、頸背嚴重損傷者、嚴重受傷、重病或接受手術後之人士等等。（如客户於預約時有所隱瞞，後果一律由客戶自行承擔。）Unfortunately, Tora Massage is unable to accept reservations from the following persons at this time: pregnancy, skin diseases, heart disease, high blood pressure, retinal detachment severe neck and back injuries, severely injured, seriously ill or postoperative patients etc. (Consequences will be assumed by guests if concealing information during the reservation process.)
- 請勿攜帶貴重物品到本公司，如有任何損失，本公司概不負責或賠償。It is advised that guests do not bring any valuable items to. Any loss or compensation will not be held responsible by Tora Massage.
- 百虎巡按保留更改任何價目和守則之權利而無須作預先通知，如有任何爭議，本公司將保留最終決定權。The right to change any price or regulations without prior notice will he reserved by Tora Massage. In case of any dispute. the final decision-making power will be retained by Tora Massage.
